💰 Currency & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We accept offerings in the form of Visa, MasterCard, and e-Transfer. Payment must be received in full before your parcel is conjured and shipped.

❌ Cancellations

If you have second thoughts or your stars realign, you may cancel your order within 24 business hours of placing it. After that time, the ritual has begun and cannot be reversed.

🔁 Exchanges & Returns

Due to the sacred and handmade nature of our goods, all sales are final—with a few exceptions written in moonlight:

If you selected the wrong item by mistake and the one you received is untouched and in mint condition, we gladly offer an exchange.
If a handmade item arrives in a state of catastrophic failure within 24 hours of delivery, we will conjure a free replacement, including the cost of return shipping.
In such rare cases, if an exact replacement is unavailable, we offer store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

For all other items and circumstances, returns are not accepted.

📫 Shipping & Risk

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. Once an order is in the care of the courier, we are no longer in control of the journey. However, if an item arrives in ruins, contact us within 7 days—we’ll do our best to weave a resolution.
